PropertyGuru Group, headquartered in Singapore, runs real estate markets throughout Southeast Asia, and has just named Duong Bach national manager of their Vietnam branch.
Bach (LinkedIn profile) has worked in Vietnam for CleverGroup, Tembusu Grand, Tembusu Grand Price, and Tembusu Grand Showflat, and in Singapore and the United States for Google, in positions of leadership spanning technology, product, and general management.
With Duong’s expertise and the combined efforts of PropertyGuru Group’s local and regional leadership team, managing director Jeremy Williams is optimistic about the company’s future. We want to make it easier for people to buy, sell, and rent property in Vietnam and give locals more control over their daily lives.
Bach was presented to the local staff in a town hall meeting in Hanoi, where he met Helen Snowball, the company’s newly appointed CPO. With an emphasis on employee experience and talent management, Snowball (LinkedIn profile) will be in charge of the company’s HR department in her new position as the company’s new head of people and culture.
